Privacy Policy

QueLink is a song-request platform for DJs and audiences at U.S. venues such as clubs, bars, and weddings. This is a U.S. service. We may expand to other regions later.

QueLink is not offered to anyone under 18. Do not create an account or use the service if you are under 18.

Information we collect

• Phone number and SMS one-time codes. When you sign in, we send a verification code by SMS/text through Firebase Authentication. Your phone number is stored on your QueLink account so you can sign back in.
• Location. If you join a live session, we may store the venue or session location the DJ set so you can find the right room.
• Queue activity. Song requests, votes, and related session activity are stored so the DJ can run the queue in real time.
• Account details. DJs may add a display name, email, profile photo, and subscription information.

Analytics and session replay

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use QueLink. Clarity may record session replay (clicks, scrolls, and page interaction) so we can improve the product. Clarity is operated by Microsoft.

How we use and share data

We use this information to authenticate you, run live sessions, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve QueLink. We do not sell your personal information.

We process data with U.S. providers, including Firebase and Google (authentication, realtime database, cloud functions, and storage) and Microsoft (Clarity). Those processors handle data on our behalf to operate the service.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account from Account / profile delete in the QueLink app. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated account data from active use.
