Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of QueLink, a real-time song-request service for DJs and audiences at U.S. venues. By creating an account or using QueLink, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. This is a U.S. service; we may expand later.

You must be 18 or older to use QueLink. The service is not offered to anyone under 18.

Accounts and phone verification

Patrons and DJs sign in with a phone number. We send one-time SMS/text verification codes through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for the phone number you provide and for keeping your account secure.

SMS messages

By checking the SMS consent box at sign-in, you agree to receive automated SMS/text messages from QueLink for one-time verification codes. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can stop future messages as described at sign-in.

Using QueLink

DJs use QueLink to share a link, run a live queue, and manage requests. Audiences use it to request and vote on songs at a session. You agree not to abuse the service, impersonate others, interfere with sessions, or use QueLink for anything unlawful.

If you join a session, queue activity and the session location the DJ provided may be visible to the host and other people in that room.

Subscriptions

Some DJ features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing, and cancellation are handled through our payment provider and are described at checkout.

Ending your account

You can delete your account from Account / profile delete in the app. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
